At rogerart, every piece is handmade and made to order especially for you. Because each item is crafted individually, please allow time for it to be created before it ships. Below you will find our full shipping timeline.
Order timeline
Processing time: 3-5 business days. This is the time we take to confirm and prepare your order after purchase.
Production time: 15-20 days. Each item is designed, crafted and dried by hand before it is ready to ship.
Shipping time: 6-10 working days once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that these times are estimates. Your total delivery time is the sum of processing, production and shipping.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs, duties and taxes
rogerart is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your local customs office.
