At rogerart we want you to love your handmade piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at Helprogerart@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before ordering.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
